Rules

General Rules

1. Players must be 18+ to play on the server. No exceptions will be made!!

2. Do not, at any time, approach staff in-game about any issues! All issues must be handled OOC.

3. No Racial or offensive slurs or phrases will be used at any time! (N word, rtard, crcker, wetback, f*ggot)

4. We will also abide by the TOS for Twitch and FB because we have streamers in the city. The word nigga will not be allowed to be used in the city either (this prevents people from getting offended).

5. Please ensure that every character that is created has a REAL NAME (e.g. Tasha Jenkins). At no time should a character be registered as a nickname. (BigDaddy Johnson, Triple OG) are not acceptable names. We have to make sure when we are reading IDs or making reports that it does not sound unrealistic. If any characters are found to have names that are not realistic, the character will be deleted without warning.

6. Metagaming is using information that is obtained outside of the game for in city advantages. This is NOT ALLOWED at any moment…for any reason! If you are caught metagaming, you will be banned from the city permanently with no chance of appeal.(see Third Party Apps & Metagaming for more information)

7. Power gaming is using in game mechanics, glitches, and exploits for personal gain. When you find a bug/glitch in the city, please report it! If you are caught power gaming, you will be banned permanently with no chance of appeal.

8. While in the city, you should remain IN CHARACTER AT ALL TIMES! Going OOC while in the city will not be tolerated. If something happens that requires a ticket, carry out the scene and submit a ticket through the appropriate channels. At no time should you call or request an admin (government) while in the city.

9. RDM (Random Death Match) is not allowed at any moment. There MUST be some interaction or storyline created prior to killing an individual. If you are caught in a situation of RDM, you will be permanently banned with no chance of appeal.

10. VDM (Vehicle Death Match) is not allowed at any moment. VDM refers to when a player hits another player with one's own vehicle for no reason. If you are caught in a situation of VDM, you will be permanently banned with no chance of appeal.

11. Combat logging is prohibited. You cannot log out of the city to prevent yourself from dying or losing items out of your inventory. The first offense is a 48 hour ban with the chance of appeal. The second offense is a permanent ban with no chance of appeal.

12.NO THIRD PARTY COMMUNICATION APPS CAN BE USED WHILE IN THE CITY. There should be no communication happening outside of the forms of communication that are provided in the city. You should not be in other chats or discord calls while playing in the city. If you are caught doing so, you will be permanently banned with no chance of appeal.

13. You MUST value your life! If you are in a situation where you do not value your life, then this is considered failRP. If you are at gun point, you are not going to try to fight with your fists.

14. No Cop baiting! It is against the rules. Do not commit a crime to lure cops to your location!

15.YOU MUST HAVE YOUR MICROPHONE SET ON PUSH-TO-TALK!! Nobody wants to hear your babies, dogs and tvs in your background.

16. No stealing emergency vehicles at any time!

17. There is no such thing as a COUSIN! You do not know your cousin. Your cousin does not tie into your storyline at all. These situations can ruin RP. You can not transfer money from one character to another. If you are curious about transferring assets please make a ticket for permission.

18. Do not bring OOC relationship drama into the city.

19. NLR-If you are killed and you go to the light you are to not remember anything that lead up to your death and/or the past 30 minutes. You can not go back and retaliate or get revenge unless someone else witnessed it and gives you details. If there’s a clue in social media in the game you can follow the lead but be sure.

20. The Sex or sleep script has been implemented into the city. It is IMPORTANT that we respect each other's spaces when it comes to this. We have a lot of streamers in here, so PLEASE keep the sex limited to private places. Remember when you use a condom or viagra, it will make you have sex ANYWHERE. So be cautious!! ERP is for the bedroom, dark alleys, and the beach! IF YOU ARE TRYING TO RP A PREGNANCY, be prepared to RP a pregnancy! There is a 1 in 10 chance(See Pregnancy Rules for more information). The goal is to not just get pregnant because it is here. Make a storyline that makes SENSE! If things get out of hand with a storyline, your child will be taken by me "the government" before you even have it! WE WILL NOT ALLOW ANY TYPE OF RAPE SCENES!! WE WILL NOT ALLOW ANY TYPE OF RAPE SCENES!! WE WILL NOT ALLOW ANY TYPE OF RAPE SCENES!! YOU WILL BE BANNED INSTANTANEOUSLY!! You can only obtain the items need for sex and pregnancy at Pill Box. Let's not get sloppy with this script or I will have no choice but to take it out. HAVE FUN YOU FREAKS!

21. –The One RP will not be OPENLY promoting ERP. This means that you are NOT allowed to stream sexual activity in this city! This is not a community that will be deemed as some kind of freak show!

22. – Viagra allows sex anywhere but if you want to rp pregnancy you need to have sex in the bed then take a test.

23. You CANNOT at any time take helicopters from anywhere. If you do not have a pilot’s license, you should not be in any type of plane or helicopter. THIS IS NOT GTA ONLINE!

24. If EMS arrives on scene and your blood pressure is below 8bpm you are considered brain dead and can not be revived. You must see the light and will lose the contents of your pockets.

25. Green zones are all businesses, including Pillbox, MRPD, and Mech shops!

26. No crimes of any type should be committed 30 minutes prior to server restarting. The 1st offense is 100 pieces of community service. The 2nd offense is 24hrs BAN. The 3rd offense 72hr BAN & 4th offense you are out of here.

27. GANGS~ You can not color check anyone unless they are wearing your flag.(See Gang/Org Rules for more information)

28. EVERYONE~You can NOT talk while down unless EMS clears you of not being in a coma. This goes to the entire city! Talking while down/dead: You are not to speak while downed until confirmed conscious by a member of EMS. The reason for this Is because you won’t know if you are in a coma or can be picked up until they arrive. Do not talk while downed until EMS gives you the signal that you are not coma. This includes radios, cell phones or any device you think you can communicate on!

29. Whitelisted Jobs~ You can NOT partake in any illegal activity while holding down a whitelisted job, such as EMS, PD, BCSO, & Real Estate. If you are caught and charges are brought against you, you will be fired effective immediately!

30. Ticket System! Using the ticket system: It is important that you submit a ticket If you are having issues with ANYTHING or ANYONE in the city. I am not a mind reader. I cannot see everything that happens in the city. Making a ticket allows us to create records against people so that if the situation arises, we will know what type of ban or consequence needs to be given. If you do not speak up but the same things keep happening, it Is not the fault of the city. At that point, you have failed the city. We are not children. We are all old enough to say what’s on our minds. If you are coming with complaints of a person or situation, YOU MUST HAVE VIDEO PROOF (E.G. CLIP OF THE INCIDENT). This will be the first question staff asks when the ticket Is submitted. If you do not have proof of the incident, the ticket will be automatically closed out. We will no longer accept tickets of claims against a person/persons with no evidence. This includes PD as well.(See Personal Space & Tickets for more information)

31. We REITTERATE Please be sure that you refrain from using the R word and the N word!. We have streamers in the city and we have to be thoughtful of what we say as these words go against some platforms TOS, depending on the usage. Also, when playing music in the city, ensure the music is slowed and reverb and playing at a decent level. Depending on what platform a streamer is using, they can also get hit for the music overshadowing their voice.

32. If you have an issue within your workshop or department, you should talk to your head supervisor or whoever is in charge. The heads will then put in a ticket to talk to staff. They are the point of contact. They will deliver the message to me. I will not take any requestions or recommendations from anyone! If I ping a department head in a chat, please do not expect for me to also send you an inbox to read the ping. Also, when applying for lead positions, it is essential that you are able to have time for your department. This is not about just holding a title. How departments are run also dictate the growth of the city.

33. If you are EMS/PD, you should not be involved in any criminal activities. You cannot have a felony when you apply, so you cannot maintain or keep a job with charges. If you want to engage in criminal activities, make another character.

34. Crims need to be mindful of their RP. Do not always try to over power PD. Use common sense to ensure that there is a balance in the city. We want everyone to have an enjoyable experience. So everything should not be a shootout and everything should also not be gunning for the dub. Do not take advantage of the systems in city. RP and be creative!

35. Legal limit for weed is 5 joints or 1 bag of cookies.

36. You cannot take PD issued items off of PD. The only thing that can be removed are illegal items e.g(drugs, lockpicks, etc) and you can rob them for cash. YOU CANNOT TAKE PD GUNS, MEDKITS, IFAKS, OR NIGHTSTICKS.
