Gang / Organization Rules

1. Gang and Organization buildings and facilities are not green zones unless customers are present. with that PD will now be open to investigate businesses if crimes are committed on the premises. If businesses are under investigation and found to be under any wrong doing DOJ and PD will decide on the penalty the business will face whether it be shut down for a set period of time or incur a fine.

2. If you are caught by a gang or Org. at their Drug lab the scene that occurs will be solely between you and that gang or ORG.

3. When heated situations occur always remember to remain in character. Do not go OOC.

4. When at war all gangs and orgs and motorcycle clubs must properly Identified. Gangs must wear their flags Motorcycle Clubs must have their cuts and Organization must wear their masks.

5. When at war only the leaders sitting and agreeing on specific terms will end the war.

6. You cannot randomly walk up on people and hand cuff or head bag a scene must be created.

7. If you engage in any type of gang activity you have to remain in the city for at least 30 minutes, You cannot immediately fly out.

8. When at war or in a beef you cannot camp out at any green zones.

9. You cannot portray to be a part of another gang.

10. You must wear your flag or cut at all times however when participating in activity such as a Heist or Robbery you are allowed to remove your flag/cut.

11. When recruiting new members there must be a initiation period or probation period. Also, if it is decided that a member wants leave or a member is to be kicked out they must "Bled Out" after which a ticket should be made by the leader with details of the persons name and date/time they were removed from the gang / organization. That person will not be allowed to join any gang / organization for 14 days.
